The Hagneralm has a cheese dairy, where from April to October all the resulting milk is turned into cheese and other milk products. In the various raw milk cheeses the natural aromas are perfectly preserved and guarantee the quality of the natural product.The whey - a by-product in cheese manufacture - is feed for the pigs. The pigs live from May to October perfectly outdoors and are the starting material of “Hagneralm Speck”.While the court is processed ecologically, the product volumes are limited.
